CANCELLATION POLICY
- In the event of cancellation, a written notification must be sent by email to tsieq2020@gmail.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
- Refund Requests
Until May 15, 2020: full refunds after the administration and transfer fees have been deducted.
Until July 15, 2020: 40 percent of the payment plus the administration and transfer fees will be withheld.
After July 15, 2020: no refunds will be made. Refund requests after this date will not be considered. - Please note that all bank charges for remittance will be deducted from the amount of refunds, and all approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
REMARKS
- Please fill out the on-line registration form (http:/www.tsieq2020.org) thoroughly to ensure your right to participate in TSIEQ 2020.
- Please provide copies of the following items for TSIEQ 2020 organizers to complete the registration process: the bank money transfer or wire transfer record, the registration payment notification, the remitter’s name, and the Student I.D. Card (for student non-member).
- Please report to the registration desk 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the conference. All conference materials including payment receipt will be handed out on-site at the registration desk.
- The organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments of speakers and activity contents without prior notice.
